Each tank is custom-built to your specifications. We can design and recommend choices such as open top, closed top, square hatch, truncated, cone, floating top or removable top. We can fit new, removable, no-leak tops to existing open fermenters so your tanks can be used for storage. With the new lid clamped down, you can fill the tank to the very top.

The Ox-Box micro-oxygenation process for stainless steel tanks replaces oak barrels. Four and eight-channel models available. Over 30 years experience with receiving areas, hoppers, conveyor tables, sump carts.

Round Portable Stackable Tanks in Three Sizes

Ideal for keeping small batches of wine separate for fermentation or transportation, Westec's round portable tanks are available in 350, 450 and 550 gallon sizes, all with the same diameter and foot print so they stack in a corner when empty to free up floor space in your winery.

Because our tanks are round, our cooling jacket encircles the tank for concentric cooling all the way to the core. Our sloping-floor round tanks are easier to drain completely and feature our tight seal manways.
